Wyoming Seminary seeks a Part-Time School Nurse (evenings) to provide health services to students, faculty, and staff during after-school hours. This work also includes administering medication as needed and being available in the event of illness and emergencies. The nurse may also at times be responsible for coordinating care with the school doctor, athletic trainers, local public health department, and medical providers, while also providing effective communication with families.
This role is a part-time, 10-month, hourly position. Hours are 3:30 to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 3:30 to 6 p.m. Friday. The nurse is also on-call every other weekend and paid for three hours each weekend while on call. Rates are $22.50 per hour LPN, $25 per hour RN.

Wyoming Seminary seeks Full-Time and Part-Time Critical Response Officers to maintain the safety and security of the students, school staff, and the facility. The Critical Response Officers will check the identity of all visitors when coming on campus and facilitate guidance for students, parents, and visitors. This position reports to the Wyoming Seminary Director of Security.
Work may be performed outside in seasonal temperatures, as well as inside buildings. Work will be performed primarily on a split shift. Scheduling flexibility and weekend availability are required.
Main duties of the position include ensuring security for school operations and special events; ensuring that campus facilities and school community members are secure; and keeping alert for people with unusual behaviors and attitudes around campus.

Wyoming Seminary seeks an energetic candidate with a thorough knowledge of baseball, skill development, and coaching techniques to fill our vacant Head Baseball Coach position at the Upper School campus in Kingston.
The head coach is responsible for providing leadership and direction to all facets of the baseball program in advancing the mission of Wyoming Seminary and the Athletic Department.
Specific areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: sport-specific coaching, student-athlete development, program administration, and program advancement yielding agreed-upon results. Wyoming Seminary College Preparatory School seeks an adjunct, part-time Assistant Girls Wrestling Coach.
The Assistant Girls Wrestling Coach reports directly to the Head Girls Wrestling Coach and is responsible for assisting the head coach with organizing the wrestling program with conducting practices, motivating students, and instructing student-athletes in strategies and techniques. As a member of the Athletic Department, the successful candidate should be deeply committed to the entire student-athlete experience. While this is a part-time position, it can be combined with other open positions on campus. There is the possibility of on-campus housing in exchange for supervision in the dormitory.

Wyoming Seminary seeks an Assistant Athletic Trainer and Health Teacher who works in close partnership with other athletic trainers, the athletic department, parents, and other essential healthcare providers to provide evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries. Reporting directly to the Head Athletic Trainer and Athletic Director, the Assistant Athletic Trainer is present during practice sessions and contests to act as a first responder supporting student-athletes.

Wyoming Seminary seeks a Rowing Coach for Grades 9 through postgraduate student-athletes, starting immediately. The coach will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to all facets of the rowing program in advancing the mission of Wyoming Seminary and the Athletic Department. The coach will report directly to the Associate Director of Athletics and the Athletic Department. This is a part-time position in itself but can be paired with other campus openings if opportunities arise.
Wyoming Seminary's rowing program is a member of the Philadelphia Scholastic Rowing Association (PSRA), competing in sculling events at scholastic regattas in Philadelphia and New Jersey. Specific areas of responsibility include on- and off-water rowing-specific coaching, recruitment, student-athlete development, program administration, and program advancement. All activities shall be conducted within the policies and resource framework of Wyoming Seminary, the Athletic Department, and National Federation of High Schools (NFHS).
